It is a mindful approach to life, focusing on quality over quantity, and valuing experiences over material possessions. It is a life that prioritises well-being, encouraging us to connect with ourselves, others, and the world around us, as we take pause and discover joy in the present.
The morning starts unhurriedly in this small apartment where the fragrant aroma of freshly ground coffee and warm toast weave through the air, coaxing you to linger and imprint the familiar sights, smells and flavours of this simple ritual into memory.
In the heart of this kitchen, the colour camel meets grounding wood-inspired surfaces from Lamitak to create a mindful sanctuary where the simple rhythms of life unfold.
Analogue life
our favourite vinyl music intermingles with the rustling of pages as you lose yourself in a book. You take in the scent and feel of the paper beneath your fingers, savouring the moment in its fullness.
Light filters through the window to gently warm the wood and stone-inspired surfaces from Lamitak, evoking an atmosphere. Every once in a while you peruse your carefully curated library,
where authors and artistes whisper their own stories.
Evening arrives and it’s time to come out of your little hideaway and wind down with loved ones in the living area. Prepare your favourite drink, sit back, and relax. From Lamitak, a darker tone of laminate in a rich berry shade along with a marble-inspired wall accent (drinks station) infuses the space with a layer of luxury and
depth and complements the dark wood surfaces handsomely.
The drinks station or bar has emerged as a popular fixture in homes today, so you no longer have to leave the house for your favourite beverage. You can spend time concocting custom refreshments for everyone at your dinner party, too. Doubtlessly, the clinking of glasses and animated conversations get livelier as evening turns to night.
