Raw and Refined

The elegance of cosmopolitan penthouse living unites with characterful industrial touches and brutalist influence, brought forth via an alluring contrast of sleek and weathered metal-inspired laminates from Lamitak, and cement surfaces. From the vantage point of the sprawling leather sofa, one can quietly take in the city skyline just beyond the window and the shifting shadows that move across the apartment as time passes.

Artful expressions

The home is a minimalist space, but is neither cold nor empty. Corners are enlivened with beautiful sculptures and artworks. Their rugged aesthetic injects warmth and life to the apartment, and the unique interplay of metal against stone delights the senses.

The spacious dining area exudes polished elegance with its crisp lines and linear design. Pops of blue soften the gallery-like setting and give the space a touch of playfulness. From Lamitak, cool metallic laminated walls make their appearance once again, now complemented by the deep and grounding ash wood shade displayed on the dining centrepiece.
