Sample Order
Order Confirmation
When an sample order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that this only indicates that your sample order has been placed and pending to be processed. For exclusive releases, we reserve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer.
For International order(s), our respective regional sales representative will be in contact with you to verify your order before processing (no shipping charges incurred until the order is confirmed)
If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please contact us to modify and/or cancel your order. You can also review your order details by accessing your "Order History" via your Lamitak account.
NOTE: All orders are limited to 10 laminate samples each.
Order Processing
Standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required upon order received
Order placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+8) may be processed the next business day and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day
Please note that during peak sale periods processing times may vary.
Order Status
To verify your order status:
- Login into your "Lamitak account"
- Click on the "Order history" tab on the top right-hand corner (human icon)
- Under "Status", your order status will be marked as either "Confirmed" or "Shipped"
To better understand the status of your order, please review the definitions below:
Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed and is ready to be processed
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched
Sample Shipping
Shipping Options
Direct shipping of sample order is currently available for Singapore only.
"Business" account users - via Standard or Express.
"Homeowners" - via Standard only.
Alternatively, you may also walk-in at Lamitak Studio for sample request for free.
Shipping Charges
Please note that there will be a flat shipping fee charged (Standard $1.00 and Express $5.00) for delivery within Singapore
Payment
Payment
Payments can be made by either credit card / PayPal.
For International orders, no payment is required and our regional sales representative will be in contact you to verify your order before processing.
Order Cancellation
To cancel/modify your order, kindly email us or alternatively, you may call us at +65 6366 1212. However, please note that once your order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification would not be allowed and no refund will be given for shipped items.
